We are constantly seeking out ways and strategies to ensure our process is to provide our customers with products from our warehouse to your front door as sustainable as possible.
MODIFYING YOUR ORDER
Modifications cannot be made once the order has been placed. If an error was made in the spelling of name or address, please notify our team immediately within 12 hours of placing the order. Shipping and Billing addresses must match each other when making purchases.
SALES TAX + SHIPPING RATES
Our business operates a local/state tax on our items. Taxes vary based on your residence. Taxes are automatically calculated based on your shipping address and provided at checkout.
MISSING ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL
Once your order has been made you will get a number of emails regarding confirmation of your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email we do as you check your SPAM/ JUNK FOLDER via email. If you are still unable to locate your confirmation page please contact us.
